Growing up in a family of physicians, Dr. Yanovskiy has been immersed in the medical field since childhood. He knew from an early age that he was meant to be a doctor, and he finished medical school in Russia at the age of 24.
After moving to the United States, Dr. Yanovskiy attended Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago. He then completed a three-year surgical residency and excelled in surgical and general podiatric care. Most of Dr. Yanovskiy’s life has been spent practicing medicine.
Today, he maintains that passion for working with patients and offering competent, results-oriented podiatric care. At his private practice, Illinois Foot & Ankle Clinic, Dr. Yanovskiy loves having autonomy over the quality of care each patient receives. At his location in Des Plaines, he ensures that each patient experiences thorough and informed care to prevent routine visits.
As a results-oriented doctor, he believes in a quick and painless end to suffering and is dedicated to patient care, prevention, and education. Dr. Yanovskiy enjoys working with patients to treat a variety of foot ailments, including diabetic wound care, bunions, hammertoes, plantar warts, ingrown toenails, pediatric foot care, sports injuries, and foot and ankle deformities. As an active member of the American Podiatry Medical Association and American Diabetics Medical Association, Dr. Yanovskiy also gives back to the next generation of doctors. He enjoys teaching residency programs, allowing new podiatrists to rotate through his office to bolster their skills.
